Ingredients for Thick Rice Pudding
- 3 1/2 cups white rice, cooked
- 1 cup white sugar
- 4 1/2 cups milk, divided
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
- 2 eggs, beaten
- 2 teaspoons vanilla
- 1 tablespoon cinnamon
- 1 tablespoon butter
- Over medium heat, mix together the rice, sugar, 4 cups of milk, and salt.
- Continue and cooking until creamy but still thick.
- Add beaten eggs and milk.
- Stir for another 2 minutes, then add butter, vanilla, and cinammon.
- Remove from heat and serve.
