Ingredients for Sausage Stuffing Recipe

  • ½ pound sausage meat
  • 2 cups dried bread crumbs
  • Salt and pepper
  • 1 tablespoon onion juice
  • 1 tablespoon minced parsley


  1. Brown sausage; drain.
  2. Mix sausage and crumbs, then add seasonings.
  3. Use mixture to stuff bird, then bake as directed.
  4. Alternately, bake in a casserole dish in a 350 degree oven for approximately 35 minutes or until browned and heated through.
