Parfait Ingredients
- 2 cups berries of your choice
- 8 oz. whipped topping
Instructions
Layer whipped cream and berries in parfait glasses.
Chocolate Pretzels
Ingredients
- 20 miniature pretzels
- 20 milk chocolate kisses
Instructions
- Line a cookie sheet with parchment paper. Arrange pretzels in a single layer on the sheet.
- Place one chocolate kiss on each pretzel.
- Bake at 300 degrees for 4 minutes.
- If desired, place a nut or candy piece in the middle of the melted chocolate.
Indoor S'mores
Ingredients
- 4 graham crackers
- 2 milk chocolate candy bars
- 12 marshmallows
Instructions
- Line a cookie sheet with foil; lightly coat with nonstick cooking spray.
- Top half of the graham crackers with a piece of chocolate bar and a marshmallow.
- Broil 3 minutes or until desired doneness. Top with remaining graham crackers.
Pineapple Cream Dessert
Ingredients
- 1 can Eagle Brand condensed milk
- 16 oz. crushed pineapple, drained
- 1 cup chopped nuts
- 4 tbsp. lemon juice
- 1 lg. (9 oz.) container Cool Whip
Instructions
Combine pineapple, condensed milk, nuts, and lemon juice. Fold into Cool Whip, and serve.
Oreo Cookie Pie
Instructions
- 1 pkg. Jell-O vanilla instant pudding and pie filling
- 8 oz. container Cool Whip
- 1 1/2 cup half and half
- 1 cup Oreo cookies, crushed
- 1 Ready-Crust chocolate pie crust
Instructions
- Combine half and half and pudding in a bowl; mix well. Let stand 5 minutes to thicken.
- Stir in Cool Whip and crushed cookies.
- Spoon into pie crust and freeze 8 hours or overnight.
No-Bake Chocolate Pie
Ingredients
- 2 pkgs. Jello brand instant chocolate pudding
- 1 (8 oz.) Cool Whip
- 1 pkg. cream cheese, softened
- 1 cup sugar
- 1 prepared graham cracker crust
Instructions
- Prepare pudding according to directions. Pour into crust.
- Whip sugar, cheese, and 1 cup of Cool Whip. Spread over chocolate pudding. Top with remaining Cool Whip and chill at least 2 hours.
Chocolate Cheesecake
Ingredients
- 1 1/2 cups semi-sweet chocolate chips, melted
- 11 oz. cream cheese, softened
- 1/2 cup sugar
- 1/4 cup butter, softened
- 2 cups non-dairy whipped topping
- 1 prepared graham cracker crust
Instructions
- Beat cream cheese, sugar, and butter until well blended. Stir in chocolate, mixing well.
- Stir in whipped topping. Spoon into crust and chill. Top as desired.
