Ingredients for Milk Porridge Recipe

  • 4 tablespoons of flour
  • 2 pints of milk
  • Salt for seasoning
  • Cream and sugar


  1. Dissolve the flour in a small amount of cold milk. Gradually add more cold milk, 1 pint in all.
  2. Boil the other pint of milk and season with salt.
  3. Stir rapidly and gradually pour in the flour and milk mixture.
  4. Keep stirring until it reaches a porridge consistency.
  5. Serve with cream and sugar.
