Ingredients for Middle Eastern Rice Pudding
- 2 cups white rice, cooked
- 3 cups milk
- 2 cups water
- 1 cup sugar
- 1 tablespoon orange blossom water
- Dash of powdered cinnamon
- After rice cooks, stir in the milk and let thicken.
- Add the orange water and sugar.
- Stir for several minutes, until the ingredients are all well-distributed and rice is thick and soft.
- Spoon into custard cups and top with a dash of cinnamon.
