
Ingredients
- 1 stick unsalted butter, very soft
- 3/4 cup of melted ice cream in the flavor of your choice
- 3 1/2 cups sifted powdered sugar
Instructions
- Beat soft butter and ice cream together using a mixer until smooth.
- Stir in powdered sugar about a cup at a time until frosting reaches desired consistency.
- Spread over 12 cupcakes or a double layer cake.
