Breakfast Casserole

Ingredients for Breakfast Casserole Recipe

  • 1 pound sausage
  • 8 ounces refrigerated crescent roll dough
  • 8 eggs, beaten
  • 2 cups shredded mozzarella cheese
  • 2 cups shredded Cheddar cheese


  1. Preheat oven to 325 degrees.
  2. Cook sausage over medium until cooked through.
  3. Place dough in a greased casserole dish and top with sausage.
  4. Separately, stir together the eggs and cheeses.
  5. Pour egg mixture on top of sausage and bake for 25 minutes.
