Ingredients for Artichoke Dip Recipe

  • 28 ounces water-packed artichokes
  • 2 cups Parmesan cheese, grated
  • 1 cup of mayonaise
  • Salt and pepper to taste


  1. Drain the artichokes and chop them into small pieces.
  2. In a medium pot, mix together the artichokes, cheese, and mayonnaise.
  3. Warm over medium heat until warm throughout.
  4. Add seasonings to taste.
