Thick Rice Pudding

Ingredients for Thick Rice Pudding

  • 3 1/2 cups white rice, cooked
  • 1 cup white sugar
  • 4 1/2 cups milk, divided
  • 1/2 teaspoon salt
  • 2 eggs, beaten
  • 2 teaspoons vanilla
  • 1 tablespoon cinnamon
  • 1 tablespoon butter

Instructions

  1. Over medium heat, mix together the rice, sugar, 4 cups of milk, and salt.
  2. Continue and cooking until creamy but still thick.
  3. Add beaten eggs and milk.
  4. Stir for another 2 minutes, then add butter, vanilla, and cinammon.
  5. Remove from heat and serve.
