Ingredients for Slow Cooker Caramel Rice Pudding Recipe

  • 3 cups white rice, precooked
  • 1/2 cup dried cranberries
  • 1 tsp vanilla
  • 14 oz. sweetened condensed milk
  • 12 oz. evaporated milk
  • 1 tbs. brown sugar
  • 1 tsp. cinnamon

Instructions

  1. Turn your crockpot to low to preheat. Line the inside with a cooking bag or use cooking spray.
  2. Add the rice, cranberries, vanilla, and milks to the crock pot and stir thoroughly.
  3. Cook on low, covered, for 3 hours.
  4. Add the seasonings and serve.
