Roast Beets

Ingredients for Roast Beets

  • 2-3 pounds of beets, sliced into wedges
  • 1/4 cup olive oil
  • 1 teaspoon sea salt


  1. Preheat oven to 350 degrees.
  2. Place beets in a large mixing bowl and cover with the olive oil. Toss until well coated.
  3. Sprinkle salt over beets.
  4. Lay flat on a cookie sheet covered with foil.
  5. Top with another piece of foil and seal the edge.
  6. Bake at 350 for about an hour.
  7. Remove foil and bake for another half hour.
