Ingredients for Roast Beets
- 2-3 pounds of beets, sliced into wedges
- 1/4 cup olive oil
- 1 teaspoon sea salt
- Preheat oven to 350 degrees.
- Place beets in a large mixing bowl and cover with the olive oil. Toss until well coated.
- Sprinkle salt over beets.
- Lay flat on a cookie sheet covered with foil.
- Top with another piece of foil and seal the edge.
- Bake at 350 for about an hour.
- Remove foil and bake for another half hour.
