Ingredients for Quick Rice Pudding Recipe
- 2 cups cooked rice
- 3 tbsp. raisins
- 1/4 tsp. salt
- 2 cup cold milk
- 1 pkg. vanilla instant pudding
- 1/8 tsp. nutmeg
- While rice is cooking, stir in the raisins and salt. Keep on low heat for a few minutes to blend the ingrediens, then let cool.
- Meanwhile, pour milk into a bowl with the pudding mix and nutmeg.
- Beat on low until smooth.
- Pour the rice into the pudding mixture and stir well.
- Pour into custard cups and serve.
