Ingredients for Potatoes And Brussels Sprouts Recipe

  • 1 pound Brussels sprouts, cleaned, washed
  • 6 potatoes, peeled, quartered
  • 1 cup milk, scalded
  • 1 tablespoon butter
  • Seasonings to taste

Instructions

  1. Boil potatoes and Brussels sprouts in salted water for about 20 minutes.
  2. Drain off water.
  3. Mash with a potato masher and add milk, butter and seasonings.
  4. Beat well.
  5. Then serve.
