Ingredients for Pistachio Pudding Cool Whip Salad

  • 20 ounces crushed pineapple, undrained
  • 3 ounces dry pistachio pudding mix
  • 12 ounces thawed whipped topping
  • 2 large bananas, sliced into rounds
  • 2 cups miniature marshmallows
  • 15.25 ounces canned fruit cocktail, drained
  • 11 ounces canned mandarin oranges, drained

Instructions

  1. Pour pudding mix into a large bowl and stir in the pineapple.
  2. Add whipped topping, bananas, and marshmallows and stir well.
  3. Fold in the fruit cocktail and mandarin oranges.
  4. Chill for several hours before serving.
