Ingredients for Pancakes Without Eggs Recipe
- 2 Tbsp. flour
- Pinch of salt
- Dash of nutmeg
- 1 tsp. sugar (or more to taste)
- 1/2 pint milk
- 1 Tbsp. butter, melted
- Mix flour, salt, nutmeg, and sugar.
- Make a smooth batter by very gradually adding milk.
- Beat batter fully ten minutes, adding melted butter.
- Fry the pancakes in the usual way (about 10 minutes per cake), and serve them with maple syrup or powdered sugar sprinkled between them.
