Ingredients for Orange And Pineapple Sherbet Recipe
- ¾ cup pineapple juice
- 1¼ cups orange juice
- 1 cup water
- 1½ teaspoons cornstarch
- 2/3 cup sugar
- 1 egg
- Heat the water and sugar to boiling.
- Stir into it the cornstarch, stirred smooth with a little cold water.
- Beat the egg, stir it into the hot mixture after stirring a little of the hot mixture into it.
- Add the pineapple juice and the orange juice, and freeze.
