Ingredients for Nut Brittle Recipe

  • ½ cup sugar
  • ½ cup water
  • 2/3 cup chopped nuts


  1. Combine sugar and water in a saucepan and bring to the boil. Allow to boil until it is a golden brown. Remove from heat.
  2. Add nuts and turn into lightly greased pan.
  3. Cool and pound until broken into very small pieces.
