Ingredients for Milk Porridge Recipe
- 4 tablespoons of flour
- 2 pints of milk
- Salt for seasoning
- Cream and sugar
- Dissolve the flour in a small amount of cold milk. Gradually add more cold milk, 1 pint in all.
- Boil the other pint of milk and season with salt.
- Stir rapidly and gradually pour in the flour and milk mixture.
- Keep stirring until it reaches a porridge consistency.
- Serve with cream and sugar.
