Middle Eastern Rice Pudding

Ingredients for Middle Eastern Rice Pudding

  • 2 cups white rice, cooked
  • 3 cups milk
  • 2 cups water
  • 1 cup sugar
  • 1 tablespoon orange blossom water
  • Dash of powdered cinnamon

Instructions

  1. After rice cooks, stir in the milk and let thicken.
  2. Add the orange water and sugar.
  3. Stir for several minutes, until the ingredients are all well-distributed and rice is thick and soft.
  4. Spoon into custard cups and top with a dash of cinnamon.
