Ingredients for Lobster And Apricot Salad Recipe
Proportions of ingredients to taste:
- Apricots, each cut in six quarters
- Lobster meat, cold boiled, cut in cubes
- Lettuce, chopped and whole
- Cream dressing
- (To make cream dressing: Mix½ teaspoon of salt and pepper with½ teaspoon of lemon juice. Add¾ pint of thick cream gradually, stirring constantly.)
- Mix lobster and chopped lettuce with cream dressing and serve on lettuce leaves.
- Decorate with quarters of apricots.
