Ingredients for Lobster And Apricot Salad Recipe

Proportions of ingredients to taste:

  • Apricots, each cut in six quarters
  • Lobster meat, cold boiled, cut in cubes
  • Lettuce, chopped and whole
  • Cream dressing
  • (To make cream dressing: Mix½ teaspoon of salt and pepper with½ teaspoon of lemon juice. Add¾ pint of thick cream gradually, stirring constantly.)

Instructions

  1. Mix lobster and chopped lettuce with cream dressing and serve on lettuce leaves.
  2. Decorate with quarters of apricots.
