Ingredients for Ice Cream Frosting Recipe

  • 1 stick unsalted butter, very soft
  • 3/4 cup of melted ice cream in the flavor of your choice
  • 3 1/2 cups sifted powdered sugar

Instructions

  1. Beat soft butter and ice cream together using a mixer until smooth.
  2. Stir in powdered sugar about a cup at a time until frosting reaches desired consistency.
  3. Spread over 12 cupcakes or a double layer cake.
