Ingredients for Halibut Baked with Milk Recipe

  • 4 halibut filets
  • 1 thinly sliced onion
  • 1/4 cup dry bread crumbs with Italian seasoning
  • 1/4 cup asiago cheese
  • 1/2 cup milk
  • 1 tablespoon unsalted butter, melted
  • Chopped parsley
  • 4 lemon wedges

Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 400 degrees.
  2. Grease a baking pan with butter.
  3. Place halibut filets in pan.
  4. Cover with a layer of onions.
  5. Sprinkle with cheese and bread crumbs.
  6. Combine milk and butter, and pour over halibut.
  7. Bake for 30 minutes.
  8. Spoon sauce over halibut and sprinkle with parsley before serving.
  9. Serve with lemon wedges.
