Ingredients for Grilled Halibut With Parmesan Recipe
- 3-4 halibut filets
- 2 tablespoons vegetable shortening
- 4 tablespoons Parmesan cheese
- Salt, pepper, and paprika to taste
- Lemon slices
- Grill filets of halibut and grill on both sides until nicely browned.
