- 8 slices of bread
- 2 eggs
- 1 cup milk
- 1/4 cup flour
- 1/3 cup butter
- Powdered sugar
- Mix together the eggs, milk, and flour and pass through a strainer.
- Melt butter in a frying pan over medium heat.
- Dip slices of bread into the mixture and fry in the butter until golden brown. Flip and cook other side until golden.
- Before serving, sprinkle with powdered sugar.
