Ingredients for Coffee Cream Filling Recipe

  • 3 tablespoons sugar
  • 2 cups milk
  • ½ cup flour
  • 1 egg beaten
  • 3 tablespoons ground coffee

Instructions

  1. Boil the milk and pour it over the ground coffee.
  2. Let stand covered for 5 minutes and strain.
  3. Mix sugar, flour and beaten egg together.
  4. Pour in gradually the milk and cook for about 4 minutes, or until smooth and thick.
  5. Stir constantly to prevent scorching.
  6. Let cool off and spread between layers of cake.
