Chocolate Custard

Ingredients for Chocolate Custard

  • 2 cup milk
  • 3 eggs
  • 1/4 cup sugar
  • 1 tsp. vanill
  • 1/8 tsp. salt
  • 1/2 c. chocolate chips

Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 325 degrees.
  2. Melt the chocolate chips with the milk on low heat.
  3. Beat the eggs slightly and add in the sugar, vanilla, and salt.
  4. Spoon the melted chocolate into the egg mixture and blend slightly.
  5. Pour into custard cups and place the cups in a pan of standing hot water.
  6. Bake for 40 minutes.
