Ingredients for Chocolate Custard
- 2 cup milk
- 3 eggs
- 1/4 cup sugar
- 1 tsp. vanill
- 1/8 tsp. salt
- 1/2 c. chocolate chips
- Preheat oven to 325 degrees.
- Melt the chocolate chips with the milk on low heat.
- Beat the eggs slightly and add in the sugar, vanilla, and salt.
- Spoon the melted chocolate into the egg mixture and blend slightly.
- Pour into custard cups and place the cups in a pan of standing hot water.
- Bake for 40 minutes.
