Ingredients for Celery Stuffing Recipe
- ½ bunch celery
- 2 tablespoons butter or other fat
- 2 eggs, lightly beaten
- 1 quart stale but not dry bread crumbs
- 2 tablespoons salt
- ½ teaspoon pepper
- Chop the celery fine.
- Melt the butter or other fat over low heat. Add the bread crumbs and mix well.
- Add the celery, salt and pepper, and the eggs.
- Mix until thoroughly combine.
- Use to stuff chicken or turkey and bake as directed in recipe.
