Ingredients for Brussels Sprouts And Tomatoes Recipe
- 2 pounds Brussels sprouts, washed, cleaned
- 4 tomatoes, sliced
- 2 tablespoons butter
- Seasonings to taste
- Put all ingredients together in a stew pan.
- Cover with water to 1 inch above top of food materials.
- Place cover on stew pan.
- Let cook for 20 minutes.
- Then serve.
