Ingredients for Brussels Sprouts And Sweet Potatoes Recipe
- 1 1/2 pounds Brussels sprouts, washed and cleaned
- 4 sweet potatoes, peeled and sliced
- 3 tablespoons butter
- Seasonings to taste
- Boil the Brussels sprouts and sweet potatoes together in salted water for 25 minutes.
- Drain off water.
- Mash with a potato masher and add butter and seasonings.
