- 2 pounds Brussels sprouts, washed, cleaned
- 3 bananas, peeled, sliced
- 3 tablespoons butter
- Seasonings to taste
- Boil the Brussels sprouts in salted water for about 25 minutes.
- Drain off water.
- Put butter and bananas in a frying pan.
- Cook on moderate fire.
- When bananas start to soften, add the Brussels sprouts and seasonings.
