Ingredients for Baked Halibut Recipe
- 2 lbs. halibut
- 1 cup tomatoes
- 2 tablespoons flour
- 2 tablespoons vegetable shortening
- ¾ teaspoon salt
- 1/8 teaspoon pepper
- Clean fish and season with salt and pepper.
- Dredge with flour and place in a greased baking pan.
- Place tomatoes on top and dot with vegetable shortening.
- Bake at 350 degrees, basting often, until cooked through.
