Ingredients for Baked Custard Recipe 2

  • 1 qt. milk
  • ½ cup sugar
  • 6 eggs
  • 1/8 teaspoon salt


  1. Mix sugar, eggs and salt; add milk and strain into buttered molds or cups.
  2. Set in a deep pan, filled two-thirds of the way to the top of the mold with water.
  3. Bake at 350 degrees for 20-30 minutes.
  4. When a knife blade cut into the custard comes out clean, the custard is done.
