Ingredients for Baked Custard Recipe 1
- 1 cup corn syrup
- 3 cups milk
- Few grains salt
- 4 eggs beaten light
- 1/3 teaspoon vanilla
- Combine the corn syrup, milk, salt, eggs, and vanilla and stir or beat lightly until smooth.
- Pour into custard cups and stand in cups in a pan of hot water.
- Bake at 350 degrees for about 30 minutes or until center is firm.
